This notice covers visitors to techsupp.hu, users of the contact and project-discovery form, technical security logs and consent-based analytics.

Data: name, company, email, optional phone, selected topic, message and proof of the privacy acknowledgement.
Purpose: responding to the enquiry, assessing the project and taking steps before a possible contract.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Unrelated marketing requires separate consent.
Retention: until the enquiry is concluded; contractual, legal-claim and accounting records follow the applicable statutory periods.

Hosting and security systems may log IP address, time, requested URL, browser and error information to operate and protect the website. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager start only after analytics consent. Consent Mode v2 denies analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization by default. Choices can be changed through Cookie settings in the footer.
